Once a month, we turn it up.
jump up the club is our monthly ritual - longer, louder, more unfiltered. We rearrange the studio. Ourselves too.
Five coaches take the floor in rotating blocks, each bringing their own music and movement – techno, house, DNB, afro. Every track tops the last. There's a wall. Then that one song hits, and you just keep going.
When you step off the trampoline – you feel better than when you arrived.
Flashing lights, high-volume music, and a lasting "I can do anything" kind of energy. Perfectly normal.
