There's a moment at the end of the day when you take off what you put on in the morning. Not just your clothes – but every role you played that day. But who are you when none of them are on?
Hanna will help you map out your roles – you'll look at where your time and energy really goes, and get a clearer sense of how to show up more intentionally in your own life. The session closes with a guided group conversation where you can share your insights and take home inspiration from others too.
Bring your favourite notebook. Whether you're stepping off the trampoline or coming straight from work – come curious about yourself.
Not therapy. Not a lecture. Just thinking together, on paper and out loud.
